Official certificates of sale for land sold by the State of Wisconsin. Certificates are issued to purchaser at time of first payment and redeemed at the time of final payment. Each certificate contains name of purchaser, legal description of land, acreage, price, initial payment and date. Series includes both certificates redeemed and those forfeited.
